Welcome to Riseupper Limited. By accessing our website, purchasing our services (Web Design, App Design, Graphic Design), or using our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Riseupper Limited specializes in digital services including but not limited to:

• Custom Website Design & Development (Blogger, WordPress, Custom Code).
• Mobile App UI/UX Design (Figma, Adobe XD).
• Graphic Design (Logos, Branding, Banners).

All services are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical products.

3. Payments & Pricing

We believe in transparent pricing. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via Stripe, Wise, Payoneer, and Direct Bank Transfer.
• Upfront Payment: For custom projects, a deposit (usually 50%) may be required before work begins. For fixed-price packages, full payment is required upfront.
• Currency: All prices are quoted in USD ($) unless stated otherwise.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and services:

• Before Work Begins: You are eligible for a 100% refund if you cancel before we start the project.
• During Work: If work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued based on the hours already spent, at our discretion.
• Completed Work: Once the final files or code have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the client is granted exclusive rights to the final design and code for their use. However:

• Riseupper Limited retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and social media for promotional purposes.
• We do not claim ownership of any content (text, images) provided by the client.

6. Client Obligations

To ensure timely delivery, the client agrees to:

• Provide necessary assets (logos, text, images) in a timely manner.
• Provide clear feedback during the revision process.
• Understand that delays in providing assets may result in a delay in the final delivery date.

7. Revisions

Standard packages include a specific number of revisions (e.g., 2-3 rounds). Additional revisions outside the original scope of work will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

8. Limitation of Liability

Riseupper Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or websites created by us. We are not responsible for third-party hosting issues, domain downtime, or platform (e.g., Blogger/Google) policy changes.
